I write to thank you for the wonderful detail to Annabella, my 1980 Toyota Corolla, on March 3, 2011.
She came up brilliantly. I took some photos of her, that afternoon ,to record the occasion of her 30 year’s birthday. She and I have been loyal companions over 337,000 kilometres. I sold Annabella on June 2, 2012, to a young mechanic from the Blue Mountains . She had been driven 340,808 kms when she left me .The mechanic had started to restore her, but then decided to sell her to a friend. Sadly, she was written off in a car accident, which happened in wet weather, on June 27, 2013. The young mechanic bought her back for parts for his Toyota car restorations. He emailed me photos of Annabella as a wreck. I was understandably distraught to see her as a wreck, after the many years of tender care I had given to her.
